MY FIRST WEDDING ORDER!

Weddings are such a special day for a couple. My wedding was around the height of Covid-19 which gave a great excuse to keep our wedding small. It’s not that I don’t love a good party, I do. However, my parents both passed in 2014 and my husband’s family is in another country. They weren’t able to get here due to travel restrictions so we wanted to skip a lot of the traditional parts of the wedding and just make it official (not to mention, stick to a smaller budget since weddings are SO expensive). I actually asked one of my best friends to make our cake. It was stunning and absolutely perfect. I wasn’t decorating cookies yet at the time so we kept dessert to just cake and some other yummy cupcakes.

An old co-worked reached out recently and asked if I could make cookies for her wedding and sent some inspiration photos. I kept them simple and classy and hopefully her guests enjoy them! If it’s an open bar, a yummy cookie at the end of the night really can hit the spot.
